Baby & Me

Sharing practice with our baby is oh so special. Many new parents can be seeking different ways to interact and connect with a little loved one whilst taking a breath for themselves. All aspects of the class can be taken back to the home environment too!

Baby comes first in this practice so it’s important to keep them engaged, playful and calm during the class. Babies can easily pick up on each other’s energy so it can be a good idea to leave the classroom if baby is becoming upset and once re-settled, can rejoin the class.

Get in touch to see how baby can be incorporated into your yoga practice and perhaps organise a private group class with other parent friends.

Note: commonly this style of class can be referred to as ‘mums n bubs’ however I believe this practice can be shared with dad and other primary caregivers too as a method of increasing connection.
